My dinner strategy for dining out - take the glass of wine that the server pours you, and inhale deeply to appreciate aroma. Then put the glass to the side. Just having it there - I can have it or not. I'm surprised this is working for me!

Now about those cookies....when are we going to run out? I thought we gave them all away.
Yesterday @ work, I realized I'd not brought any lunch and also couldn't find the bag of apples I thought I had. So grabbed some fresh arugula, a pear, a yogurt and some nice salad dressing for my lunch when I was out. Then ate a bag of Harry & David caramel popcorn that I found stashed under my desk. After the healthy lunch. emoticon
then I ate cookies for dinner when I got home.
