after some gains, I have went from 200.4 to 199.6...loss of 0.8lb.
also lost 2.25 in total this week!

I lost 2 pounds this week. I am not going to gain them back. I will continue to loose until I reach my goal weight.
Next week I plan on stepping up the exercise a bit also. I am taking small steps but hopefully they will get me going in the right direction again.

Okay, so I didn't exactly lose anything this week because of the stupid TOM, BUT, I did try on some new running shorts and I was able to fit into a medium.
A MEDIUM, Ladies! In the past, I've had to grab the XL's and pray they will fit over my ample behind.
I'm still in shock.

OH! MY! GOODNESS! I got on the scale this morning and it said.....211.7!!! I don't believe it so I actually picked up the scale to see if anything is underneath it and then I moved it. When I got back on it it said...211.7!!! Yeah!!! Woo-Hoo!!! 30 lbs gone!!! I had just gone to the Dr. LAST Thursday and their scale said 216.0 so in one week - - 4.3 lbs!! I don't have a clue why I am all of a sudden losing so quickly cause I'm not excersicing and I'm not really eating all that well. I guess stress is the reason. Still, I'll take it however it comes!!!
