I'm trying to mix-up my exercise routine a little bit and looking for ideas.
What is everyone's top 3-5 things to do for exercise?
Right now, I tend to do only #1 and #2 on my list below:
1. Turbo Jam DVD's (Kickboxing)
2. Cardio Jam Class at the YMCA (Kickboxing)
3. Walk outside (but it's WAY to cold for me here in Wisconsin right now)
4. Ice Skate (indoors only - I hate being cold!)
