yesterday I had lots of asparagus but today I'm back to green beans for lunch and plan to have spinach salad and peas for my vegies for supper. Fortunately I love fruits and vegetables. It's hard for me to get my meats/proteins in!

Spinach! It was suggested on the meal planner and it looked good, Savory Spinach with Tomatoes. Unfortunately, it was really BORING! Needed some major spice to give it more flavor, and I even added a clove of garlic and reduced the amount of spinach!
