Okay, I've started us out with three.

Do you guys want to add some others? Use some special goals (water/save $1/etc)

I was trying to do the protein one, but couldn't figure out how to word it right (you have to use a number, and it would have looked funny...)

Sounds like a great one, Mupp!

Ideas:

--Read at least one nutrition article a week
--Do something you enjoyed as a kid at least once a day
--Get at least two servings of dairy a day
--Be in your protein range for the day
--motivate others: give (at least) one spark goodie per day

Any other ideas or rejections of these?

--Goofing off for at least 10 minutes a day (rocking out, kicking, cartwheels/dancing)?

--Drinking at least 8 cups of water a day?

--Doing something good for yourself at least once a day (meditating, lighting a scented candle and reading, nap)?

--Something non-fitness related?
