Darn it! I didn't even see this challenge!

We had a huge snowstorm here on Friday and Saturday (well, huge for us LOL) and spent a lot of time outside, playing, shoveling, etc. This would have been a good cardio/ST time for me.

Son was still sick yesterday so I completely bombed out on day 2 of this challenge. Nothing completed!! UGG!!

Do 40 minutes of exercise each day for a total of 80 minutes
3/8: 40 minutes
3/9: was going to go snowmobiling to work my core, what a work out it can be! But family obligations came first:)
Do Strength Training 1 day
3/8: done
3/9:
Do 100 Crunches
3/8: 100
3/9:
Drink 20 glasses of water (10 each day)
3/8: 10
3/9: 10
Did not walk in place during commercials but drinking 20 glasses of water was HUGE for me!!

Great challenge! It kept me motivated!
