Didn't this week or last. I've set a goal or standard for myself not to weigh myself often. I was getting fixated with weighing myself everyday and want to focus on other results (inches lost and what I'm eating). I'll be weighing on the Feb. 2, so we'll see!

I'm here! I know it's been awhile since weigh-in. Christmas time really scared me. I did some damage and veered a little but not off the road. I'm back at it and doing well. I've lost a couple since then and working toward that goal!!!!

Sorry, I refuse to weigh in until next week. I need to get my body used to eating right again. Yes, I ate and enjoyed our vacation. But it was just that, a vacation, now it's back to doing right.

Actually, I did REAL well the first three days we were gone, but ... and I did have moments of goodness in between, but.... we'll see what next week brings!

Probably just a water fluctuation or something. Glad to hear you're still on track. Good for you!

Well, I was scared to step on the scale. With TOM and comfort type foods--including baked goods, I was expecting to go up. But--I'm still at 191. Yeah!

Now I'll gladly get back to work like a good girl. :)

Awesome, Tina! I did weigh today even though I'm sure it's like Weight Watchers where they don't want you weighing everyday. Yesterday it said I weighed 196.2. Today it said 194.6. So at least that's the right direction! LOL We are busily trying to get 100 Ozarka bottles ready for cub scout daycamp. We are turning them into birdfeeders. And, we start our new school year next Monday, so I need to sit down and see what supplies I need for upcoming crafts and experiments.

Well, I went to the chiroprctor this afternoon never dreaming they would weigh me. I had eaten lunch already, had on bluejeans, and big clunky tennis shoes (and I was needing to go the bathroom really bad-haha), and his scale said I weighed 135. Since I have been falling off the wagon a little lately, I was pleasantly surprised. I figure I can count 4 lbs. for shoes and jeans. :)

A slow week for loss for me.... but I have been dropping steadily, so I am fine with any loss.

213.8 so this week I lost 1.2 pounds.

Ashley, I KNOW what you mean! So far, I haven't added to my ticker (haven't had to). As long as I'm just fooling around with 3-4 lbs up and down, I won't. But when the number sticks for a week...then I have to own it.

I was back down to 200, then 199, then 200 again. My son and wife took us to dinner for my birthday at a mexican restaurant. I had albondigas soup and a taco, thinking that was safe; however, I'm sure the salt content has me holding some water today.

I'm starting to feel about my ticker the way I feel about my driver's license--It has become my goal weight~

129.5 again today. Last week I saw it a few times, but this week I am seeing it consistently. What I have learned this year is that THAT is the way I lose weight--slowly moving down--, so I am happy with that.

I haven't weighed in in around 2 weeks.. and lost over 4 pounds since then. Now at 215. Just .2 pound sigh of losing 15 pounds since Jan 2. Happy Dancing.

Welllll....I balanced myself on the scale yesterday and was back up to 201 after changing my ticker to 198-- that stinks~ But I'm going to wait a day or two to see if it sticks. I'm just starting to do some moderate strength exercises--still no cardio for me.

I'm going to jump in here ladies. I reset my ticker to show where I was Feb. 1 and where I want to be on April 1st. I'm on crutches from foot surgery, so exercise will be limited; however, I'm ready to start doing what I can, now that I'm pain-free.

I'm giving myself a "bonus" by weighing with the cast and not subtracting anything for it. That way, I'll give myself an extra boost when it comes off.

I'm down a lb. since 2/1.

199 today.

Changing up calories seems to have worked! This morning's weigh in was 219.2... a loss of 2.8 pounds.

This is going so so slowly... but I was down this week, .8 pounds. I am now at 222. I am switching up calories within my range to see if that helps. I hope so.

I lost one pound this week and 5.5 inches! I'll take that. I would like to see more pounds coming off, but I won't complain!

I was afraid to step on the scale this morning. I knew I didn't have a good week so I was expecting bad results. I DIDN'T GAIN! I will not change my tracker, but I did show 2 ounces less. emoticon I'm just so glad that I didn't jump up. I'll do better this week.
