




Time is running out to be ready for lighter, more baring spring and summer clothes! Time for a 'crash' course to make big changes in a short time! Or a last big effort for those of you who are way more ahead of the game here than me.

I'm proposing the SHORT challenge to get us ready for those summer tops and shorts and--

season! I know you want to feel good out there in the sunshine! Or, just do it to help encourage a fellow teammate!

Henceforth--the SHORT challenge:






S- Strengthen those muscles 10 minutes or so a day. The bootcamp videos on SP are great for this, or do your own thing. Just remember to rotate muscle groups each day!





H- Hydrate yourself daily. 8 glasses of water a day minimum! Let's flush winter out of our system and get beautiful skin to boot!






O- Oxygenate that blood with a good 30 minute cardio workout at least 3 days a week. Take a hike, bike, walk, swim, whatever works for you. A planned workout!






R- Rest for at least 7 hours a night. Really, you need enough sleep to lose weight and curb that appetite!






T- Track that food to help control portion size. It really does make a difference!
