Thought this might be fun for a change, and still doable while life's crazy. First one here each day can post a challenge for the day. Then everyone just checks in with when they accomplish it.
It can be any one piece of the SP puzzle- tracking, exercise, water, reading an article, no meat day, whatever. You can name it. :) Let's see how many of us can accomplish at least something here each day.
I'll go first. Drink 8 glasses of water today.
