Walking with a friend has really helped me to be more consistent. And when I get out in the morning to walk, it is easier to go ahead and go to Anytime Fitness to do my weight training.
Wish I had good news on the eating front, but this week has been difficult in that area. The nutrition tracker is good for me, though, since I have to face up to what I am eating.
~There is no giant step that does it. Only many little steps.
~Anyone can count the seeds in an apple. Only God can count the apples in a seed.
