Nothing seems to be working right now but that's because I'm not making it work~
Yesterday I drank more than 2 liters of water and ate stir-fry with whole grains for lunch and dinner. I blew it on breakfast (bacon and fried eggs) so my calorie count was over for the day. I need to get back to weighing and measuring my portions.
Not too much here, unfortunately. But-- I did start getting Clean Eating magazine and copied down some great bean and veggie recipes last night that I want to try.
Working on the water. Due to a freebie at McD (they made it by accident and gave it to me) I now like iced vanilla coffee. Yumm! Tho if memory serves, doesn't coffee dehydrate you? Don't worry. I just have one every couple weeks. :)
