Nothing seems to be working right now but that's because I'm not making it work~

Yesterday I drank more than 2 liters of water and ate stir-fry with whole grains for lunch and dinner. I blew it on breakfast (bacon and fried eggs) so my calorie count was over for the day. I need to get back to weighing and measuring my portions.

I've been drinking tons of water this week, and did several days of 'jogging' around the house for a brief time. Today my friend and I walked. The weather has been so gorgeous!!

I have been focusing on making sure to get at least SOME freggies in daily, too, and have made some good choices lately.

Walking with a friend for about a year was wonderful! We just haven't been able to get it together again this year. Life's gotten in the way.

Walking with a friend has really helped me to be more consistent. And when I get out in the morning to walk, it is easier to go ahead and go to Anytime Fitness to do my weight training.

Wish I had good news on the eating front, but this week has been difficult in that area. The nutrition tracker is good for me, though, since I have to face up to what I am eating.

Not too much here, unfortunately. But-- I did start getting Clean Eating magazine and copied down some great bean and veggie recipes last night that I want to try.

Working on the water. Due to a freebie at McD (they made it by accident and gave it to me) I now like iced vanilla coffee. Yumm! Tho if memory serves, doesn't coffee dehydrate you? Don't worry. I just have one every couple weeks. :)
