Krystie on on the fitness class speakers ( and Leader of the Dandy Lions ehich I also am a co -leader) challenged us to make a 3 month goal list... This really is a great idea for those of us who need to feel like we are indeed making progress in areas, not just fitness. Many of my fellow teammates have come up with excellent goals. So if any of you would like to join... just blog... I will read them and cheer you on!
