Girls, I am so sorry I do not post here regularly!!

I understand the slump part,Tina... Took me some time to get over that i didn't have anyone to exercise with when my gf broke her ankle! Then life got in the way and unless she called I didnt go... Then she started doing it and well... you get the pic. So I am trying to discipline myself and it is hard. Some weeks are great... some , not so much!

I have to keep reminding myself. This is not just about weight loss it is about my health, lowering choles. and such......

I am pleased with myself about the candy/chocolate... Mmmm sometimes i just want a piece and I have been good at not eating or buying!!

So how did everyone do yesterday?

I ate two pieces of candy, but they fit into my calorie range and I enjoyed them. I also got to walk around the neighborhood since my husband was sick. So no guilt!

I've been doing well with my eating and exercise, but I'm in a slump when it comes to organizing. I did a bit over the weekend, but I have lots more that needs to be done. I struggle with my organizing motivation.

I'll admit that desserts got to me too! But I did resist the candy (and those pesky chocolate chips in the freezer). I also refused to bring home the left over birthday cake and ice cream on Sunday. This weekend, I plan to have a small piece of wedding cake, but no other desserts!

I really need to work on the organization part. I have a bunch of projects that need to get done and I haven't gotten to any of them yet. Here's to week 2!

I have not been doing good. Cake and pie last weekend, but no candy! I better put it as sweets in my mind. Yesterday I would have eaten anything sweet, but still had about 10 chocolate chips. Good thing there wasn't anything else available!

The Candy Monster comes out to haunt us during October, but we're not going to let him derail us from our healthy goals! Just say "No!" to Halloween candy and join us in our MONSTER Challenge. The challenge starts this Tues and runs Oct 11 - Oct 31. Winner gets a spooky goodie!

emoticon M= Move every day with some cardio. (1 pt per 10 minutes)

emoticon O= Organization. Take 15 minutes to organize something in your life. Clear a counter, clean out a drawer, make a menu, make your to-do list. (1 pt per project/5 max per day)
