Don't know if this counts, but I bought a bag of cauliflower, broccoli, & baby carrots that could be steamed right in the bag in the microwave. I had never tried it before and it worked pretty well. I think this might make veggies do-able in the hotel on our trip. (I prefer my veggies cooked.)
I didn't try anything brand new this weekend.
*Do 60 minutes of cardio.
55 minutes 43 seconds total on Friday & 38 minutes on Sat = about 94 minutes total
