You know, I just realized this was for keeping track of things... So sorry ladies!!!
I have to tell you all... This is the 8th week of the biggest loser team(love my team) and I have lost 8 pounds!!!!! I also, am eating healthier and have not been craving chocolate or sweets!! Today in the teachers room there was brownies and half moon cookies! I had a tiny bite of both very tiny... Know what... I didn't even feel like going back for more!!!!
I walked a very fast 10 minutes before school adn did my strength training!
I love the 10 minute Kickboxing video on here and some of the strength videos( crunch one is good,too)
I will go for a 2 1/2 mile walk with my husband ( Mark) when he gets home.

Yesterday was an hour of strength training and the usual .54 mile walk to class and back to the car. I'm sure glad the fall weather is holding out. I don't know if I'll want to continue making that walk in the rain, knowing that I'll have to sit in class with wet feet for the next 2 hours--we'll see.
Today, I'm walking the back road up to the ridge (about 2 miles) and back.

I had weightlifting class this morning for an hour and then walked the .54 mile to my Spanish class. I always park my car in the lot near the gym and walk from there. The campus is on a hillside and there are lots of ups and downs (either stairs or paths, depending on my route). I'm also carrying a backpack with my lunch and all my books--I guess I should weigh it, shouldn't I?

My sister couldn't walk this morning so I decided to do a DVD instead. I did my first WATP DVD. It's the 3 mile one (since I normally walk 3 miles). My 7 year old did the whole workout with me. She was so cute!

I did 3 miles this morning. The track at the park is getting really boring. So I may try walking my old route tomorrow. I know hills are a little tougher on me, but I can go up and down my stairs pretty well now so I think I can handle it.

I got a one mile walk in yesterday. With dh here, it's hard to get a workout in before I want to start school. His hours vary, but I need to get mine set! Right foot's been a bit swollen and feeling like I imagine arthitis to be, so been babying it a bit. I do plan to do 1-2 miles later today.
Oh, I checked Netflix, but it looks like all the exercise ones I like (Leslie Sansone) are on DVD. Any luck with Zumba?

Good job, guys!!! Way to Go! I did a 10 minute cardio crunch( netflix stream has a lot to choose from) it was great! Then I did Day 2 of bootcamp and then some calisthenics....

Did a 45 minute walk with my friend, and will get 50 push ups, 50 squats and 50 crunches in for a challenge elsewhere. Modified as needed. ;)

Sunday is always my rest day so I don't do anything very vigorous. Sometimes I go for an easy walk, but I only did my PT exercises yesterday since I'm supposed to do them everyday. Today I went for a swim, did some strength training for arms, and my PT exercises.

Today I swam, did a bit of strength training for my arms, and did my physical therapy. My PT is a lot of stretching and strengthening exercises for my ankles, legs, and glutes.

Tina--good for you for getting in a 20 minute walk!
My leg didn't get tired until about 6 pm when I was ready to check out at the store. I had been driving and running errands a lot in the afternoon. At 7pm, I went to church with the teen girls for a yoga class, but I sat out because I knew my leg needed a rest. I just did the breathing part of the yoga to relax. I couldn't do many of the poses and the planks anyway. By the end, my leg felt much better. I think I just needed to rest it a bit.

I walked 2 miles this morning. I'm proud of myself because while it's not much compared to where I was before I broke my leg, it's the longest I've been able to walk in the last 2 months. And I was a little bit fast today that I was yesterday or the day before.
