GYM: cardio 3 X week and strength exercises 2 X week minimum. 5 pts max per day.

You can go ahead and get 5 pts each day. Just wanted a minimum of 5 days of exercise with at least 3 cardio days and 2 strength days. Plain as mud? :)

Tina, I'm a little confused by gym class. It says 5 pts max per day. Do you get 5 pts for each day you exercise? Or is it 1 pt per exercise up to 5?

Okay, Time for some new challenges- I mean CLASSES!

ART: Get in the rainbow of veggies each day. You know, red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple and white. 1 pt for each color you get in per day. Max 6 pts per day.

GYM: cardio 3 X week and strength exercises 2 X week minimum. 5 pts max per day.

WRITING: Track your food. What are you eating? Do you need to make some changes to stay in range? Write down every bite to see how you're doing! 5 pts a day.

SCIENCE/NUTRITION: Plan a weekly menu and share it on your blog. Suppers only is fine. Having meals planned simplifies life and saves you time and calories, especially if you snack while waiting for dinner to be decided and made--like I've been doing. 25 pts each week.

My first week went pretty well. I appreciate CLASS because it helps me keep my focus and reminds me what I need to be doing! My biggest issue is time right now. Life is pretty hectic and trying to fit everything in can be difficult. But I'm really trying to make my health a priority. I completely forgot about my PT exercises today, but at least I got a swim!

Let's repost once a week. How's your first week gone? I'm still short here or there some days. Getting into exercise again is coming along. Getting the freggies in on days we're on the run is a challenge. Can't seem to do both freggies and exercise. lol Looking forward to more routine. :)

School's back in session, so here's an assignment for us-- a simple straightforward list of daily goals to help you succeed in September.

Winner gets a CLASS-Y pic for their sparkpage. Everyone who attends C.L.A.S.S. gets weekly goodies. Runs Sept 1st through Sept 28th.

1 point each. Double points each day you get all 5! Let's get competitive!
And we'll kick it up a notch starting Sept 15th. Details TBA.
