School's back in session, so here's an assignment for us-- a simple straightforward list of daily goals to help you succeed in September.
Winner gets a CLASS-Y pic for their sparkpage. Everyone who attends C.L.A.S.S. gets weekly goodies. Runs Sept 1st through Sept 28th.
1 point each. Double points each day you get all 5! Let's get competitive!

C-LOCK some cardio-at least 20 minutes a day. Take a walk, run, swim, dance, play soccer with the kids, etc. You know how!
L-EARN something new! Read an article from the SP site. What a great example for the kids of lifetime learning, right? :) Share an interesting one with us!
A-NSWER to your teammates. Huddle and post daily on the team page somewhere. This is about having friends to run with so you're not in it alone. Keep us accountable and lift us up, and we'll do the same for you. :)
