I know this is a very busy time of year for everyone, however, we still need to keep our goals in focus. This challenge shouldn't be hard to follow as they are the basics, but put in a challenge format.
1.) Drink 8 plus glasses of water a day, especially when working outside or exercising.
2.) Eat at least 5 fresh fruits and veggies a day.
3.) Fit in at least 10 minutes of cardio a day, don't forget a couple of days of strength training.
4.) Encourage one another on Spark! Comment on a blog or leave a note on a Sparkpage.
5.) Have fun and enjoy our summer!
