Ok, I have changed my personal June goals some.
I am getting alot of cardio some days becuase of pool, yard, work.....
So, I am not going to do as much ST as I thought. Frankly I am pooped some days and many of my summer activities include some strength training also.
I hope all the cardio/work will pay off......though .....some times I eat more on these days. It is also easier to eat out, or eat unhealthy.
But all the activity does feel good......
I will see Tuesday on the scale........
