June 6th- and 6 emoticon so far. For some reason, I'm actually getting more strength training than normal, either when I'm brushing my teeth, ironing or making dinner. Laugh if you must, but it's working. LOL!!!

Good for you for working out the goals that will work for YOU!!!! Way to get that cardio in!!!!!

Ok, I have changed my personal June goals some.
I am getting alot of cardio some days becuase of pool, yard, work.....
So, I am not going to do as much ST as I thought. Frankly I am pooped some days and many of my summer activities include some strength training also.
I hope all the cardio/work will pay off......though .....some times I eat more on these days. It is also easier to eat out, or eat unhealthy.
But all the activity does feel good......
I will see Tuesday on the scale........

June Challenge??????

KISS- Keep it simple stupid!!!!

K- Keep up with the (water...9 glasses)
I- Ignore (soda)
S- Stick to my cardio/strength workouts (5 x 45 min cardio)(4x strength)
S- Stop calling myself STUPID!

My June Goal is to give myself 5 kisses a week!

Week 4 of Bootcamp ........complete.
I am glad I did it!
To be honest I have worked physically hard this month, but emotionally I have failed. My eating habits are my weekness, I think I eat for comfort.
Saying all that, I am not going to let that keep me down. I love the new videos and I am going to keep doing them. My weight is holding even.......

I have tracked food two days in a row, and I now know why I am having trouble with my weight up and down lately.
My eating habits are... hmmmmmmm..... what is the word I am looking for....???
BAD

I like to eat!
I think a bite here and there and a taste of this and that doesn't matter, but it adds up quickly.
I am glad this Challenge made me track. I have known this is my weakness.
I am going to meal plan better. No Excuses.

My hubby and I went to Nashville for a few days without the boys. Very low key and peaceful and romantic. I also got to see my Mom and we took her out for an early Mother's Day.
Where are you guys headed to on vacation?

I am really enjoying the resistance bands, also! They are new for me, and a great addition.

I have finished week one, but I was on vacation so I substituted some of the moves.
This week I am going to step it up a notch and try to do 2 videos every day.
Also really working hard on my meal planning.

Day one of the second week done yesterday! How's it going?

I am unco-ordinated when it comes to that one move. Jab, jab, circle the arm, kick. Gave up and just did 3 jabs. lol

Yesterday, the resistance band workout was a nice break from the usual. I never think to use it!

Let's continue the strength workout Momwannabslim started us on last month, and do the new SP challenge. We even get a trophy at the end! And imagine how many inches will fall off in just 5 to 10 minutes a day!
