I joined SP one week ago. Yesterday I had lost 3 pounds. I do realize a lot of that was extra fluid....it really pays off to say NO to Dr.Pepper. I think I probably need to measure my waist and hips and keep up with those losses also. Just haven't done it yet. emoticon
