I LOVE that idea! I also think it would be neat if you want to format our April Challenge for us. Let's finish out this month strong, and you can help us serve up April with your B, B & B idea. :P

Ok, I am determined to work hard these last 5 days in March. Swamp Mommas, I am also,starting to think about Capri's and shorts. Just to put an idea on the table for everyone to think about, perhaps we could add to our April goals some strength training 3 days a week. I know a lot of you do them regularly any way and I am hit or miss with them. I think it would really help our bodies look Bold, Buff, and Beautiful........hmmmm... or maybe we could just go for for Less Flabby, More Toned, and Beautiful. Any way what do you think of "Spring Out of April.... Toned and Fit"

Been doing pretty well with all but tracking food lately. I know--we'll be pulling capris and summer shirts out before you know it!

I joined SP March 1st and joined your team becuase I like your goals. These 5 March goals are exactly what I need. My family usually gets wrapped up in "March Madness" NCAA basketball tourney and this year I am going to get my own "March madness" going on. Healthy snacks during games, drinking lots of water, and doing some low impact aerobics while watching some the games, should help to make a successful March. emoticon Who knows I might even challenge my boys to some free throw competions at half time!

I know that a lot of us have been either busy or have an injury that inhibits their exercise, so I wanted to keep March simple.

Obviously, it's already 1/4 of the way day...

Let's try to make sure we:

1.) Exercise (within our means) 30 minutes 2-3 times a week.

2.) Track our foods at least 5 days a week.

3.) Get enough sleep. -(this is one I'm really trying to work on)

4.) Drink your water, 6-8 glasses each day.

5.) Make healthy choices to better our lifestyles.

Here's to being busy, but making the right choices.
