Sorry forgot you couldn't do cold water. Warm water is good even better with the honey I'll bet ya. Local Honey. WOW!! Thats a med in some circles I know. It helps with seasonal alergies. That is why my Hubby puts it in his oats every day. I have a rlf that eats a tablespoon everyday either plain--swwweeett or on toast for her alergies. She claims it helps. So local honey is allowed for sure.

Honey is a sweetner, but at least it's natural. Plus I actually get it from local harvesters to boot.

I really can't do cold water, note my latest blog. But I'm going to try warm water as suggested by fellow Sparksters.

How does what work? Honey in the tea. Is honey a sweeter or not? hmmmmmmm.........I say......not because its got to be better than sugar. Its used in oats and on toast instead of butter sometimes. What is your thoughts?

BTW--I used to drink pepsi in the mornings to get me going. Then when I gave them up went to tea. Now I use good ole boring ice water. The colder the better. Talk about a jolt. It gets the brain fired up better than the pepsi did.

I drink my morning tea with stevia in it, and that's my morning boost. I will take on the challenge for everything else, I'll just add honey to my tea instead. How's that work?
