Oh have I got some GOOD news to share. I just got me some sweet tea before my water was in for the day and it tastes AWLFUL!!! Also I did the 28 day bcc days 1 & 2!!! AWESOME!!! I feel great now. I have to be sure not to push or I will hurt tonight and tomorrow so one to some low key fitness minutes--light house work. Very light and slooow.

Ok I did not do well with this at all this week. This week was a False Start. I am restarting next week. Life got in the way. So before life can happen I will start doing them first thing after my first cup of water in the morning. Most people drink coffee. I don't like it so water it is. I perfer tea but can't have that until I get all my water in for the day. So try try again.

I have to two videos today. I'm going to do one shorly and the other about 5. I will also get in either 10 minutes of a bike ride or 10 of walking on the track at church. Looking forward to it. (Trying to make up for yesterday. If my body says to stop I will before it screams at me I promise.)

Thank you for adding for the second week which is really odd because I just signed for the 28 day bootcamp on Sunday morning in the wee hours since I could not sleep. Now I have another buddy there too. Now I can get points on the melting like a Snowman and a trophy. WOW!!! How wonderful!! Thanks.
