E- Exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Stay healthy and lessen stress. Dance with the kids if you want, but get some activity!

L- Live it up. Do something for you. Give yourself a gift, too: time reading, a long bath, etc. Some of us could probably use some good ideas here. ;)

V- Veggies and fruits. Keep focused on 4 or more a day to fill you up with the right stuff!

E- Enjoy some time with your family, focusing on the season. Decorate, bake, enjoy old and new traditions. Spend some memorable time daily. :)

S- Stay hydrated! Get your daily water allotment. Fills you up and gives you beautiful skin in this dry season.

I know you're doing your job as elves for your family, making Christmas merry, so I thought we could use a bit of encouragement to remain somewhat focused on taking care of ourselves this busy month. Thus, ELVES!
