Reading about Paleo and Raw Food diets is inspiring changes in My diet! Just enough to want to add lots of veggies!
While I know that the Christmas season is quite stressful for many, I believe our goals can still be achieved. Name one thing you would like to give up, change, or a new goal you would like to complete by the end of December.
Although we are on the go a great deal during this time, I'm planning on walking at least 10 miles a week.
What are you challenge to do (or not do)?
