192 this morning! Down one from where I started, but if you consider I jumped to 197 early, I'm down 5??? Wasn't part of the original goal tho. on those 4 lbs Jackie!!

Anyone else need to focus for just 30 days or so? Stalled and thinking it's not possible to accomplish anything for the long haul right now?
Think SHORT TERM GOAL here. 5 pounds in about 30 days is just about a pound a week.
I'm ready to focus til Thanksgiving. Anyone care to join me? LET'S GET ACCOUNTABLE AND DO THIS!! And we'll keep it short and sweet!
