I finally did it today - what fun. At first I was going to just do 10 minutes, but then the song didn't end so I kept going until I did the full 20 minutes. Looked like a dork - but worked up a good sweat!!!
This might be a good one for me on the weekends. I get up at 3AM for work, so when I come home at lunchtime I'm pretty much toast for the rest of the day. Needless to say I don't workout much on the weekends. But I think this is one I could try. Thanks for the great idea. I'll let you know how I do!
LOL, my kids think I'm insane because I dance with the music on Walk it out. They'd be convinced that I was completely bonkers. Hmmm... might just do that. Never hurts to have them think that Mommy is crazy and might just snap at any minute. I put pink and purple highlights in my hair this week so they've been walking the line but it won't last.
