So, each day post your top focus of the day, and at day end, if you've accomplished it, add

It can be something like drinking your 8 glasses of water, getting in 30 minutes of exercise, staying away from Coke--whatever.
The small thing you can do today will lead to big changes in the long run! So, post today's focus and let's applaud the small steps, too!
