I was 187 this week. After two weeks off, and I'm thinking that 3 lb loss 2 wks ago was a fluke, I'm not worried. Figuring it was 5 lbs and all the grad cakes on the weekend. lol

Working at healthy eating and getting that water in effective today!

I bet your clothes are feeling loose!

I have not officially weighed in 3 weeks, becuase I knew it would not be good.

Hmmmm, anybody else skip weighing, because you do not really want to know the truth????

Well, after some up and downs and finally some hard work, I am back at the 10 pounds I had lost.
Now forward ahead to get rid of some more. I want loose, comfortable clothes for the summer.

I lost a pound. I know it is not a lot, but I am going in the right direction. I am enjoying some yard work everyday while the weather is good. It has been a nice trade off from my traditional Cardio and weight training. Well, out to spread some mulch and push mow the front.

Ufda! 192 this week. Drank the available Coke at my sister's since we were moving her, and some junk, and then was in a mood, so ate the cinnamon rolls and lemon cake my mom dropped off. Sigh. I was feeling destructive that day!

Way to go, ladies!

I'm down a pound this week to 189. 'Bout time I get off the wall, huh? :)

I went to copy my measurements of 7 weeks ago from a board to a Word document---and I lost them! I'll have to start that over. I do know that my waist is smaller than the beginning of January.

Well.....I'm still at 156 which is my own fault. I need to get back to the workouts. Hubby went to the store yesterday because I wasn't feeling well, (better today), He spent our budget on junk food so I'll have to work around that to. I don't think next week's weight in will be a good one.

However on my waist I did lose 1/2 inch. I'm 32 1/2.

Don't know about ya'll but I'd rather lose inches than pounds any day.

Okay, I seeing that silver lining now. Down 1/2 pound. 3/4 inch off waist and 1/2 inch of hips

I admit, I wish the weight was coming off a bit faster, but it is going in the right direction. This time around seems SO much harder, but I am determined to finish this race. :)

188. I haven't been drinking my water--just doesn't sound good hot or cold, and I have had a bit of chocolate... I know next week will be better. My friend is back from Mexico, so we'll be walking regularly again. :)

Okay. I had to measure twice again this week. Not believing my eyeballs. I lost another 1/2 off my waist. I'm at 34.5.

My weight is 156.
