Let's go all out wild this month! emoticon Spring is right around the corner, emoticon so let's be ready to get outdoors!

1. Plan your weight loss/exercise goals for this month, and put them in writing in the March goals thread. Be sure they are defined so you know exactly what you want to accomplish. Ex. 'Lose 5 pounds'--not 'lose weight'.

2. Go for the tiger stripes--otherwise known as points.

Daily:
emoticon *8 or more glasses of water~~~ 5 pts
emoticon *Tracking your food~~~ 10 points
emoticon *Eating 4 or more fruits/veggies~~~ 5 points
emoticon *Post in the 'did you get your exercise today' thread~~~10 points
