No problem, anything that you can track miles with.

How about this? We keep track of TWO totals. One that is just walking, that way we can see how many we are just walking and then one with all of our fitness miles.

So if you walk, add your number to both totals, but if you swim or cross country skiing or whatever else, add it just to the Fitness mile total.

IF this is too complicated, we can skip it, but I'd really like to see how many miles we can walk this month!

Walk Miles: 5
Fitness Miles: 7

Alright, ladies, let's do this!

Is it just walking or can I include swimming, cross-train cardio, and rowing as well?

Today: 2 miles
Together: 7.

Okay.. I have to admit I was going for a total of 40 minutes figuring an easy 3mph pace, got cut short by squabbles so the last 7 minutes were squats, chaussees and marching as I showered, dressed, dried my hair, and brushed my teeth =-)
