My waist isn't waisting away right now. But now that I am finally over my illness, I can get back fully into the exercising!!

Good reminder that fitness is also about how fit you are stamina wise and even the fit of your clothes.

I'll have to drag out a tape to record my stats and start tracking.

I have been feeling like my clothes have a bit more ease in them lately.

I have fallen short not only on reporting in, but on the inches. I've actually gained an inch on hip and waist. However, since I've started the shred I can actually feel my abs. I never thought that would be possible. After seven children...who knew?

I am up a half inch. But that's better than being back where I started! After not getting to workout like I wanted off and on for two weeks, I am blessed it was just a half inch! LOL

Went up an inch...but that doesn't surprise me with what time of month it is. Amazing how our body can flucuate like that. Just keep working at it, though. Never give up!

I took measurements this morning and I am down another inch around my waist! Woo Hoo!! The one that surprised was the 3 inches gone from my hips!! YAY!!

I do use the scale to measure my loss, but I also measure my hips and waist weekly. Since the beginning of the year I've lost 1 1/2" on my waist and 3/4" on my hips! It's a little at a time, but it's still losing. And I love the way the clothes are fitting better now.

Great idea!! I figured out a long time ago that the scale isn't the only way to measure my success. Boot camp is awesome. Last week I lost 13.5 inches over various areas. Count me in!!

Do you use the scale as the only measure of your success? Your waist/belly fat measurement is one of the strongest predictors of health.

A good waist measurement goal for women is 32.5 inches or below (35 inches or below for men).

How are you doing losing here? Doing the bootcamp is one of the fastest ways I know to get the waistline shrinking. Are you bootcamping?

How many inches can we lose from our waists as a group this month? Care to join me in posting your weekly loss? emoticon Let's put a 'dent' in this one!
