I didn't actually get to do the video yesterday, but I did do 15 min of cardio to make up for it. Sunday's are hard to squeeze in exercise, but I did it. I am excited for a new week of crushing pounds!!

Hello!! I was so tired yesterday, I just couldn't seem to get moving so I did yesterday's and today's and now I am feeling the burn!! LOL I will also do my 10 min BL cardio workout and then 30 minutes of Wii tennis. How's eveyone doing today??

Good for you, Varina! Got my done first thing this morning! Can you believe it? I set the alarm for 6 instead of 6:30 and I actually got up and did it. Wow, it felt good to have it out of the way. This truly is a first. Let's see if I can keep this streak going...

Walked the dogs 30 min this morning (it was quite chilly!), then I did the video with the modification of putting the foot down for balance. With my pelvic/hip issues I don't feel comfortable doing weight-bearing exercises on one leg. ouch! I'm feeling better than I did last night!

Hi Tambi, I'm in! I joined the Bootcamp team last week! Got home from my Mom's tonight .. had a nasty headache, my back hurt .. ick! I took a quick nap while my dh and dd made dinner. Then I slugged it out in front of the tv for a few hours. When I finally signed on here it was after 11pm. I was going to just blow it off, but I knew that I wanted to stick with the Bootcamp this month .. so I did the video (with modifications) and feel better! woohoo! Day 1, done!
