Atmosphere: Lots of family time and music to keep me moving and upbeat.
Preparedness: My WATP DVDs so I can walk at least 3X week. Coach Jen's bootcamp videos. Even if I split them up and do them all in 2 days, I'm keeping more fit= feeling slimmer/eating better And be sure to check in at the swamp to be accountable!!
Goodies: Make sure I have cans of tomato juice, hot chocolate, cndy cane tea, and apples & peanut butter available for snacks. Also, I'm making several cookies that are WW approved, so there will be good choices available for me in that department.
Activities: Crafting with dd to keep my hands busy. Christmas cards to send, volunteering to do, packages to wrap, shopping. When will I have time to eat? ;)
Feasting: Planning my dinner menus so I'm prepared and not just eating out daily (like last week). Use the crockpot this month!!
Grace: For others when they make mistakes, for myself when I make mistakes, and accepted from Christ. :)
And my suggestion is to print it and put it where you can see it! ;)
