I think I've managed to walk a minimum of 15 every day for the last 5 .. I just haven't been really good at getting on here and posting! I need a challenge to motivate me .. and after New Year's I'm all over it! Can't wait to do the Jan challenge!

dh and I did the one mile WATP yesterday morning. I've been shopping today, and had lunch with my mom. I love spending time with her!

This past week was crazy busy with the play the girls were in. I did fairly well walking, just didn't get on-line to post much. I think I'm better now, but need to go to sleep, have a slight headache.

Walked 30 min with the dogs today (and will be doing another couple here in a few!).

lol Tina, at this point gardening is clearing away dead and dried weeds, pruning back bushes and roses!! I did some more of that today .. I pruned back the butterfly bush although it had lots of new growth on it! Hope it doesn't die back! I also strung Christmas lights on stakes along our walk. All that bending over messed up my pelvis/hip though, I was having muscle spasms! ick!

We've never cut down our own tree. And I love walking in the woods. emoticon Wish I could still be gardening! lol Love working out that way! Just did days 2 & 3 of bootcamp videos. Sure needed that stretching!! Been so busy shopping lately, that I've gotten a good bit of walking done, tho not at a fast pace. emoticon

Walked the dogs again yesterday. Today we tramped all over at least 10 acres looking for the perfect tree! Then we cut it down and carried it to the shake/wrap station. Then we walked back to the main area, which was about 1/3 of a mile away. Considering all, I'm pretty happy with that. When we got home a did a bit of gardening, pulling weeds, pruning a rose bush and a cut-leaf japanese maple, cutting back suckers .. that was another 20 min at least! Woohoo!

Made sure I had salad tonight when we were out. Got some green in!
I really want to get moving again, but I've lost my room to do it in. lol

I plan to get back to my step, I started today with a 30 min walk with my doggies (who are now sacked out!!)

I will just pop in and post what I've done.

I drank my water
Ate some veggies (not many .. didn't eat much today)

For me, just keeping to the basics and maintaining this month is important. Definitely need to drink the water and those fruit/veggies are a must. The exercise...well, we need to do what we need do. :)

What are you doing to maintain this month? Do we want to plan some brief points together? Or are you just planning to hit the basics each day--water, fruits/veggies and a bit of exercise?
