Yeah the asthma is a real limiter some days .. but I think this week it's been the crud/cold I've been fighting off that has been the worst. I feel a lot better today.

I did bootcamp and my step .. before 11:35pm! Now I need to finish cleaning my kitchen .. booo! lol

I went to bed earlier, but had breathing issues and had to use my inhaler - so I'm thinking it was close to 1 a.m. before I dropped off. Albuterol makes my heart race! I feel WAY better today tho, so it worked!

I am done with Bootcamp and my step .. and it's just 11:35.

lol Tambi, I feel better knowing I'm not the only late at nighter! My husband left yesterday morning, he is now in Hawaii!! Job related. I'm so jealous! He comes home at the end of the week, tough isn't it? A tropical paradise in Oct?? Today is my day to clean my house, already got some laundry done, my bathroom cleaned and my fridge cleaned up/out. More laundry then vacuuming .. yeah me!

10 minutes is easy enough to fit in. :)

One of the perks to following the bootcamp recommendations, is that I will not want to eat what I shouldn't real soon, cause I'll feel too good. emoticon

Let's get in great shape before the Halloween munchies strike! Bootcamp is a great way to get things really moving on your weightloss, and to get you motivated to keep on doing the right thing.

Join Tambi (a new co-leader emoticon ) and I with an SP bootcamp--a little daily 15 minute or so strength workout (along with your cardio workouts) that gives you a big boost.

There's strength in numbers, and WE CAN ACCOMPLISH GREAT THINGS TOGETHER! By the time Halloween emoticon gets here, you'll be feeling so great emoticon the candy won't be a temptation.

We'll repeat the 7 days shown 4 times. Sounds simple right? Don't worry--it's also very effective!

So... emoticon march 2 3 4... (walking a mile or two a day is a great cardio plan!) and join us! Don't fall emoticon out of step this year! :)
