Not doing too bad. Yesterday was not good, however, today is a new day and I'm off to a great start. Off to do some exercise...Have a super Sunday!

That's great Tina. This is my 3rd day back with SP and so far so good. I have been sticking to my menu plans and I am on track with my exercise plan.

Mine's going good! Getting my water, fruits and some veggies, and staying in calorie range. Exercised 4 times this week so far, so hoping I can keep it a habit. Need to reach that 21 days to make these a habit, but feeling good about my week. How about you?
