Okay, haven't been near a pc for the last three days, but I definitely have been sticking with the plan!
Sun-Mon-Tues-
Drink your 8 glasses of water- YES
Haven't been tracking food with a pc, but watching it nonetheless.
Eat at least 3 f/v daily: YES Lots of apples, bananas, orange juice and tomatoes.
Exercise: YES Swimming--outdoors even, here in MN!

I've been super busy these last few days, but I am still developing new good habits! I am thinking about what I eat before I eat it, not just grabbing something because it's in sight as I walk by. emoticon Need to increase the veggies tho--I've been eating mostly fruit this last week.
