Slowly, but surely both the pounds and weight are coming off. Though seeing it go so slowly, I know that's the healthiest way to lose AND keep it off, which is my ultimate goal. That and learning the habits for a healthy lifestyle for myself and my whole family.

Unfortunately, emotional eating has gotten the best of me. So I need to get back on the healtrhy eating, exercise bandwagon!!!

I will be checking in, just not necessarily doing your challenges while I get back to where I need to be... Is that ok,Tina?

I'm glad you started this thread, Tina. I've decided to retake my measurements, weigh myself, and act like I'm starting from scratch. Maybe taking the baby steps again will be less intimidating than feeling as though I've got to pick up where I left off before my surgery.
