Slowly, but surely both the pounds and weight are coming off. Though seeing it go so slowly, I know that's the healthiest way to lose AND keep it off, which is my ultimate goal. That and learning the habits for a healthy lifestyle for myself and my whole family.
I'm glad you started this thread, Tina. I've decided to retake my measurements, weigh myself, and act like I'm starting from scratch. Maybe taking the baby steps again will be less intimidating than feeling as though I've got to pick up where I left off before my surgery.
