I can do that--however, now I'm on crutches for at least 6 weeks and can put no weight on my left foot. So I won't be able to do any of the walking for a while. I plan to start some chair exercises next week and possibly some floor exercises that don't require weight-bearing.

1) If you have stuck with the program all three weeks so far--the water, tracking food, exercise--with the same commitment as when you started, give yourself 50 points!
