I use a water bath canner, and I'd love to fund a low sugar (or low processed-sugar) recipie for strawberry jam.
I currently use one that is about 1pt or 2pts sugar to 1 pt fruit.
Do you have one that takes less sugar, or might allow for honey or a more natural sugar? I'm trying to escape the processed sugars.
