Some teams have goals related to the team, and others are healthy habit goals, like drinking your water or exercising x-minutes. We could do either or both.
I thought of putting up x-amount of food a week, too, but I don't know if it would work, for a couple reasons. One, some of us have big families, and some have small ones. Two, some do their canning/freezing as they go, and some in bulk. So, as in my cooking group, I thought if having a goal to try something new once a week? Like, a new recipe or a new method? Or to find a new recipe, even, because you might not be DOING it yet.
