1) Reduce.
2) Reuse.
3) Recycle.

With no repeats allowed, here's one man's list of "The Two Easiest Things" for these categories:

Easiest things to reduce: paper, gasoline.
Easiest things to reuse: aluminum, rechargeable batteries.
Easiest things to recycle: food scraps, glass.

Now, do 20 minutes on a bicycle connected to a battery charger.

Did 10 sit ups this morning after taking the dogs out!

I value reusing. Purple Heart called for donations last night to be picked up next week. I have knick knacks I want to get rid of so I asked if the take those and they said yes! Awesome, so today I'm starting to pack them up with the cloths I've already been saving.

Now walk an extra block.

heck ya I did multiple planks today in the yoga class I taught!

I value locally sourced food and get it as often as I can but work to balance the financial burden of shopping local with the practicality of things I want that are not local (e.g. olive oil, parmesan cheese).

Now do 10 sit-ups whatever style you want.

Feeling a bit saucy about the core. Not just core muscles but also core values. This is going to be a bit like the chain challenge above.

List a way you spend your time, money, or effort on a core value or eco-theme (e.g. rode my bike to the post office instead of driving 2 miles to avoid unnecessary CO2 emission, bought XXXX from XXXX company because they do XXXXXXXX)

and give a core exercise challenge to the next person to fulfill before they post something about how they spend their time/money/efforts in a green way. Not everyone is at the same fitness level so do the challenge as best as you can, effort is the main thing here.

I'll start with the challenge:

2 sets of plank (don't forget to engage your rhomboids as well as your abs)
