March Goal is to lose 1.25 lbs. Start back with Body Flex. Do something on the Wii 15 -20 Mins, probably Wii Island Cycling. Everyday. Start using the Food Tracker Everyday. Write at least one line to all my teams. I hope to add to these Goals every month. I'm not very good at balancing myself yet, But I am getting there.
