For me, for cario nothing beats the original My Fitness Coach. I use a step and do 30-50 minutes of the cardio and finish with some ab work. I haven't really found anything I really like for strength training, but I use ExerBeat with weighted gloves which is a pretty good upper body workout if you are new to it. ExerBeat is so much fun anyway. Pam

Recently, I picked up Your Shape. It gives you the choice between strength training and fat burning. The camera doesn't always give you credit for what you are doing, but it is a challenging workout!!!
