I usually use Wii Fit Plus, Dance Dance Revolution, and sometimes Zumba....


I find Zumba difficult, but in DDR today I used the dance mat instead of the balance board!!!!!

Progress....Not Perfection!!!

Its time to stop Yo-Yo Dieting and Make a Lifestyle Change!!!

I like "Your shape" also. It has both cardio and strenght in one workout.

For me, for cario nothing beats the original My Fitness Coach. I use a step and do 30-50 minutes of the cardio and finish with some ab work. I haven't really found anything I really like for strength training, but I use ExerBeat with weighted gloves which is a pretty good upper body workout if you are new to it. ExerBeat is so much fun anyway. Pam

Recently, I picked up Your Shape. It gives you the choice between strength training and fat burning. The camera doesn't always give you credit for what you are doing, but it is a challenging workout!!!

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I use a few games as my workout
Just Dance 2/My fitness coach/active (original and more workouts)

Does anyone know which exercises are best for cardio and which are best for ST? I am VERY new to strength training. Is there a sequence you can do to cover all muscle groups (3 days a week??)
