The warm-up (I think) is usually 6 or 8 minutes.

Oh now I get it. It did tell me to take a water break. I did the warm up first then the exercise. About 15 not including the warm up. Not sure how long the warm up was. I'll use the SP estimation this time. Next time I'll make sure I use my heart rate monitor, just in case I can't finish again.

I think I get it...I'm not quite sure which exercise set you did, but as long as it wasn't a "yoga" set, I'm pretty sure that you go through the circuit twice. So, it might have said that you're halfway through "this circuit", then at the end of the circuit it might have said that you're "halfway though" and to "take a water break and then press "a" when you're ready to start again" (or something like that).

Do you know how long you actually worked out? (Did you do the warm-up/cool-down exercises?--they are actually considered separate in the time it takes to do them.)

As for how long you worked out and calories burned, I think that only shows up at the end--when you finish the workout completely. But the calories burned is pretty low, and I consider them to be inaccurate--if I'm dripping sweat I did not burn "just" 32 calories. I'd recommend using SP's estimated cardio option of "Aerobics:General:Low Impact" instead of what the game says for calories burned.

It's the Biggest Loser made for Wii. I was doing the begginer fitness program. It was suppose to be 20 min long.

My husband bought me this tape and I tried it out this morning. I did the warm up then started the 20 min routine. At one point it said I was half way through. Later it again said I was half through is this a glitch? I had to quit before the exercise routine was over and even though it said it saved what I did I can't find the number of minutes I exercised or the amt. of calories I burned. Does anyone else have this problem or know what I did wrong?
