Yesterday, I did 75 minutes of DOB and I will say it is quite a workout. It isn't as much jumping around as Just Dance. You do a lot of of the strengthening exercises such as lunges and squats. Since it is much more choreographed than Just Dance, you have to go slower and it really works the muscle groups including your obliques. The first time I tried it, I didn't think I liked it, but then when I spent so much time with it yesterday, I figured out that is as good of a workout as Just Dance just different. You have to be much more controlled with DOB, but you still burn a lot of calories.
