Yes, you just have to remember it isn't an all out shake fest like Just Dance. It is much more controlled and slow so you really feel it in your muscles.

Thanks for the info! I like Broadway music, and I was wondering how they would choreograph it on a game. I'm glad to hear it is an exercise of its own!

Yesterday, I did 75 minutes of DOB and I will say it is quite a workout. It isn't as much jumping around as Just Dance. You do a lot of of the strengthening exercises such as lunges and squats. Since it is much more choreographed than Just Dance, you have to go slower and it really works the muscle groups including your obliques. The first time I tried it, I didn't think I liked it, but then when I spent so much time with it yesterday, I figured out that is as good of a workout as Just Dance just different. You have to be much more controlled with DOB, but you still burn a lot of calories.
