While this game can be played sitting down, I played standing up and actually got some strength training out of it. My left arm is really wimpy, so I went into the settings and changed from using my right hand to using my left, and I could feel the difference almost immediately. Each of the mini-games gets progressively faster and more difficult, too, so even when I went back to using my right arm, I still felt the burn in my arms.
Just wanted to suggest this to anyone else who has difficulty starting strength training. It even feels easier to use my weights now! The game might be pretty wacky, but it's a nice way to get a little exercise when you aren't feeling too well.
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." --Philippians 4:8
