cant remember what mine does have not played it in a couple of weeks. it is a pretty good game but i get a better workout with ea sports active.

2010 is my year to reach goal!

Mine also sets up for Mon, Wed, Friday. Then challenge and weigh in on Sunday's.
Check the calendar to see if it lists the fitness.
I have found that you need to answer the challenge question at times to unlock the fitness part (but not every time) Even if you have to choose no.

i just pick a moderate routine when i do it.

also the light cycle made me soreeee on challenging mode so remember to stretch!

I just started using the Biggest Loser also. I have workouts scheduled every other day on mine and set it up to lose a little bit of weight.

i really want to get the biggest loser game but is it worth the 40 bucks?

taking it 1 day at a time
starting these goals at 205.6lbs
1st small goal: lose 2 lbs done :)

2nd goal: lose another 5lbs DONE 4/17/12 current 197.2

3rd: hit 189! oh ya got this one! 12/21/12 im at 187.2

4th small goal: lose 5 more lbs

5th goal: hit 180!

think of it as a rest. But what I do is do my own thing, I try to practice for at least 20 minutes, and I do the challenges, or several of thei rother exercises. :)

Hi,
I just started using the biggest loser game. I set up my profile and picked how much weight I wanted to lose. I'm on day 3 and the only day it set up an exercise routine for me was the first day. Is this normal? I would think it would set up exercises for every day. I did pick to lose a small amount of weight so maybe that is the reason it's not setting up a schedule everyday for me. OR do you have to set up a schedule yourself. There was no booklet in my case to explain the game, not sure if there is even one.
