We just got this and I am enjoying it. Its a nice way to get some movement in, but I wouldn't say it is a huge workout! The games are pretty fun though.

I saw the advertising for this today and was wondering about it. It looks quite fun! :)

Awesome to know that you might work a few muscles while having some fun with family!

I don't win races, but I always cross the finish line. I'm not fast, but I try my best to become faster. I don't have sports endorsements or earn a paycheck, but that doesn't stop me from running. My pace does not define me. Just because "professional" does not precede "athlete" in describing me doesn't make my running any less valuable. I am an everyday athlete; leading a normal life, but with big goals and dreams.

I sure am feeling my upper body muscles today, especially in the upper back and shoulder area. Great workout!

I picked up ours yesterday and the kids (daughter and hubby) played most of the day. I couldn't get them off even for supper.

You def can get a nice upper body workout in.

I saw that in the ads today and thought it looked good. Thanks for sharing the personal review on it, that's always a good thing! Our machine became faulty within the first week or so, and it took awhile till my daughter exchanged it, so now I'm waiting for her to hook it back up.

LOL!! Just got the game yesterday and was thinking about giving it a review on our board. Didn't really have the money but it looked like sooooo much fun. Glad I got it. It's really a blast! :) Definitely something to throw into the mix while you're working out.

Picked up this game this morning and so far so good.

Games included are:
Swordplay, Wakeboarding, Archery, Frisbee, Basketball, Power Cruising, Cycling, Golf, Table Tennis, Bowling, Canoeing, and Air Sports

The Swordplay game really makes your heart pump because you have to use big arm movements to hit your opponent with it. Lots of fun so far!
