I made a point of getting off my butt and getting in an hour walk while I had people here for Thanksgiving. I stayed within calories and only had a very small piece of pumpkin pie. I also said we didn't want to keep any of the pies. I feel good about my decisions.

Lost 5 pounds and Wii is really my only form of exercise because it doesn't cost us any money and I can stay close to the kids especially since I am nursing one of them. I love myself and I get a haircut because of the weight loss.

I'm proud of Me because... I stepped back on my wii after 84 days (84 DAYS!!!) and even thought I haven't been great with diet or exercise, I was exactly the same weight. I've shown that I can maintain, back to losing!!! Now, to get back on wii EVERY DAY!!

Because even though I didn't mentally feel like it or was physically 100 percent (very sore throat), I completed a four mile walk on Saturday, and stiff and sore, still completed a 5 miles walk on Sunday. I had to push through it and suck it up n but I did it.

...today I said NO to french fries, burger, and soda. Instead at lunch I had Wendy's chicken pecan salad (hold the cheese and only 1 vinaigrette dressing) and low fat milk. Also when the family was eating McFlurry's with oreo topping I had the strawberry banana smoothy. I know it was 180 cals but with the light lunch I had I knew I could do it.

watch for when one of them starts to giggle the hula hoop up and down that means they are getting ready to throw it. You have to lean before it gets to you or you'll miss it. It took me a while to get the hang of it myself.

Thank you two! I needed that encouragement today. I am proud of me now because I have hit a plateau this past week with no additional weight loss but I am not giving up! I'm proud of me because I set up my Wii fit the other night and did the hula hoop(one of my cats was watching the hoops on the screen spin, the other 3 cats were just staring at me while I tried to keep those darn things moving). I also did the run through the park, the shortest one I think was like 2 minutes or something and that was all I could do. But I like when the little pack of puppies runs by you! I also did the step routine or whatever it's called, I was so uncoordinated! LOL. But it was fun. Meg
