I have not been well physically to get on Wii. After one month of physical therapy and on their bikes and tread mills 5 minutes each, I am now allowed to do the Wii Fit Island Cycling. It's fun, not exercise. And I Feel the same about yoga. GLAD to be back.

After joining this team, I found out Wii has Zumba games. I was thrilled! I bought one and just did a 20 minute Zumba 'class'. I'm almost 61 years old and I can really feel it, but it feels good. :)

I have increased my exercise w/my wii. I did 45 minutes of zumba yesterday and 30 minutes of ea active too!

I am proud of me because I started doing Coach Nicole's new DVD today! Also, did some walking and some Wii exercise! I have been doing pretty good with accomplishing my new goals set for this year! I am a work in progress and I am going to make this an even better year than last!!! emoticon

Even though I didn't want to exercise today, I did the 100 workout challenge and bested my time by about 18 seconds. I feel great!!!!

(FYI - 100 Jumping Jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, 60 Jumping Jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 leg lifts, 20 jumping jacks, and a 10 minute run)

We bought the charger yesterday, so I'm planning on spending 10-15 minutes on the wii tonight!!!

I'm proud of me today because I said I would start back to line dancing after a year of not going and I DID IT!! It was great to get back to it - thoroughly enjoyed it. I have to be careful what exercises I do due to my back and neck and line dancing seems to suit me. I plan to use the wii and go swimming too. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I finished EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge today.

I began combining the EA Challenge with Wii Fit Plus Yoga and Step.

I extended my workout from 30 min to 1hour and it feels awesome.

I started using Wii Fit Plus Run Free. I used to get tired by just running to the bus. Yesterday I ran 2Km and today I ran 3Km.

I feel great doing exercise and when I wake up it's the 1st thing on my mind.

I'm proud of how much I've accomplished in 1,5 month. emoticon

I completed 45 min on My Fitness Coach for the first time today.
I started with 15 minutes on March 1st and thought anything more would be killer.
It was easier to finish than I thought it would be. I am getting stronger every day.

I'm proud of me because even though I had a busy day, i honored my commitment to exercise when i got home. I took the pup for a 20 minute walk and then did a 30 min core workout with EA Sports. I have only been using this program for two weeks, but I love it. It is fun, you can change it up and it is a good workout. I'm not new to fitness, so it takes a lot to impress me. It does!

During both my pregnancies, I stopped sparking and gained a ton of weight. Now I'm back, I've been reading the spark and lots on the site and I'm back to be an active force on here. I have a new career goal that requires me to be in tip top shape. I'm proud of me because I'm slowly building up my streaks.

I spent time yesterday making "appointments" in my calendar to exercise and make healthy meals so that I stick with my new lifestyle even when I start my new job next week!

I completed couch to 5k week 6 day 3....2.25 miles. Yay!

I got up today and pushed through 30 minutes on the treadmill even though the 60 minute PT/Water aerobics
session I had yesterday really kicked my butt...

I am making sure to exercise even on the days when I am stressed or have other things going on. If I can't get in my full hour, I do as much as I can rather than doing nothing.

I did Leslie Sansone's walking video, 10 mins of rhythm boxing on Wii Fit Plus, 10 mins of other stuff on Wii Fit Plus and 20 mins of Zumba on the Wii. emoticon
